We don't grow the team to grow the team. Every project gets senior hands from day one — no resourcing games, no junior shuffling.

Strategy decks don't run in production. We measure ourselves by what's live and working, not what's been drawn up in a workshop.

If a project isn't right for us, we say so. If an idea is a bad one, we push back. The best work comes from real dialogue, not yes-men.

Details matter, but not all of them. We invest craft where users feel it — loading states, empty states, the second-time-through experience.
